Vestige Creative Studio is a photography and film studio in Lisbon, working with architecture, interiors and hospitality. This policy explains how we handle personal data on this website, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese law.

Contact by email. If you write to hello@vestigestudio.eu we process your name, email, message content and anything you send, to reply and, if we go ahead, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract at your request and, otherwise, our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep the conversation until you ask us to delete it.

Clients. If you hire our services we process the data needed to perform the contract and issue invoices. Tax documents are kept for the legal period (10 years in Portugal).

Technical data. To deliver the site, the server processes your IP address and technical request data (for example, browser type). Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and operation of the site.

Usage statistics (only with your consent). If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, where visits come from, device type) and Contentsquare to analyse browsing in aggregate (for example, where people click). Legal basis: consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you can refuse or withdraw at any time without affecting your use of the site. Details in the Cookie policy.

What this site does not do. It uses no advertising cookies, has no forms that collect data and embeds no third-party content (videos, maps, social media). Fonts are served from the site itself. Links to Instagram and LinkedIn lead to third-party sites with their own policies.

We only use providers that process data on our behalf (processors): site and email hosting (Solid Web), the delivery and security network (Cloudflare) and, only with your consent, Google (Analytics and Tag Manager) and Contentsquare. We do not sell personal data. We may share data with authorities where the law requires it.

Some of these providers, such as Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer relies on GDPR mechanisms (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent where that is the legal basis. Write to hello@vestigestudio.eu; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD), at cnpd.pt.

The photographs, videos, texts and design on this site are protected by copyright and belong to Vestige Creative Studio, with credits shown where applicable. The spaces and projects depicted belong to their authors, owners and clients and are published with their permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content without prior written permission.

If you are an author or rights holder and believe content was published improperly, write to hello@vestigestudio.eu and we will resolve it promptly.

We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and limit access to those who need it. If this policy changes in a relevant way, we update the date at the top.
